Emergency

Crime and Public Safety

The Auburn Police Department provides professional policing to our community that allows our citizens to be safe and enjoy a high quality of life. We currently offer an state-of-the-art online crime reporting tool to file a non-emergency police report, request for house watch or extra patrol, or to provide information regarding drug activity or other suspicious activity to the Auburn Police Department.

Any emergency should be reported immediately by calling 911.

Emergency Preparedness

Disasters may strike at any time, usually with little or no warning. In our region, we could experience earthquakes, storms, volcanic activity, severe weather, hazardous material releases, and other emergencies.

The City's Emergency Preparedness Office can assist residents in preparation, notification and training to help ensure that you and your loved ones are safer in the event of a disaster in our area.

Fire Protection and Safety

Auburn's fire services are provided by the Valley Regional Fire Authority. Visit their website or call 253-288-5800 for more information on the VRFA’s services.
