Emergency Preparedness

Disasters may strike at any time, usually with little or no warning. In our region, we could experience earthquakes, storms, volcanic activity, severe weather, hazardous materials releases and other emergencies.

Families, businesses, and other community organizations can take steps to prepare for emergencies. Included in the links below is information on preparedness planning, Auburn area hazards, City of Auburn plans, and a wide variety of other related information.

If you would like a disaster preparedness course for your community group or business, simply contact the City of Auburn Emergency Preparedness Office at 253 876-1925.
