The Agenda lists the various topics to be discussed at the Council meeting. The current agenda is available in "Web Page" format (HTML) and contains links to Staff Reports for each agenda item, providing in-depth background material.
The Minutes of City Council meetings are generally presented to the Council for approval at the following meeting. Once approved by the Council, they're available for distribution here on our Website or through the office of the City Clerk (a minimal copy charge may apply). The City Clerk maintains an historical index of all legislative actions taken by the City Council.
The Council meetings are shown on TV21 (Comcast Channel 21 in Auburn) the day after the meeting and are repeated at various times throughout the week. Two days following the meeting they are available here in the Video column with linked text from the agenda that will take you directly to the designated section of the video telecast.
