How Does It Work?

In order to use the online citizen reporting tool you will need to create an account and have Microsoft Silverlight installed on your computer. Creating an account will allow you to track all your requests submitted to the City, in addition to seeing all open requests submitted by Auburn citizens.

Once you have created an account you can click the "Remember Me" checkbox so you don't have to login every time.
