Meeting & Banquet Rooms

Our indoor facilities will hold from 40 to 200 people. All of them have at least basic kitchen facilities and restroom access.

Auburn's Parks and Recreation department offers a full range of indoor facilities. One is bound to suit your needs. Each facility page has more details about the facility, photos, floor plans and maps that you can print out or direct your guests to on-line.

not the City of Auburn

Facility reservation must be made at least three weeks in advance, with the exception of the Les Gove Building. Reservations and payments can be made by calling 253-931-3043, Monday - Friday, 8 a.m. - 5 p.m. or can be made in person by visiting the Parks, Arts & Recreation office, 910 Ninth Street SE. Reservations for the Senior Activity Center must be made in person only. Facility reservations can be made six months in advance, with the exception of the Senior Center which can be made one year in advance.
