Setting up service
To set up service at your home or business, please contact a Customer Care Representative at 253-931-3038 or stop by the Finance counter in our Customer Service Center.
Payment
The City of Auburn Finance Department now accepts credit and/or debit cards with the VISA or MasterCard logo to pay for utility services.
Another alternative is to sign up for auto-pay, where the balance is deducted directly from your checking or savings account.
If you would like to utilize either of these options, please either contact a Customer Care Representative at 253-931-3038 or stop by the Finance counter in our Customer Service Center.
Our Location
The City of Auburn's Customer Service Center is located on the 2nd Floor at 1 East Main Street. We're in the new Annex building just east of city hall, on the other side of Division St (formerly Tavern Row). The Finance counter is on the right as you go through the glass doors.

All utility refunds shall be processed through the finance department by issuance of a check after Council approval. Utility payment voids or errors of credit/debit card transactions will be processed via credit/debit card. |
