Pay Your City of Auburn Utility Bill Over the Web!The City of Auburn offers this free service which allows you to view your account information and pay your City of Auburn Utility Bill online. The secure WebPayments service lets you view your account history, consumption history and billing information, pay your bill using a credit card and be notified by e-mail when you get a new bill. This service is free but you must be using a web browser that supports "JavaScript", such as Netscape 4 or newer or Internet Explorer 4 or newer.
Getting Started
- Click on the Online Utility Payments link.
- Using a recent bill for reference, fill in the first name and last name of the account holder and the exact (XXXXXX-XXX) customer number as shown on your bill.
- Enter an e-mail address where you would like receipts and other notifications mailed to and then create a password. Future logins will require your email address and password.
- After you login, you will be in the “Dashboard” where you can then make selections using the tabs located across the top or the links on the right side of the page.
- You can make a payment, view your most recent bill, review your usage and account activity and update your profile
- Under the “My Profile” tab, you can change your preferred email address, your password or setup E-bill delivery.
- To pay your utility bill, click on the "Make a Payment" and you will be taken to the payment screen. Please read through the "Important Note" for helpful information:
- enter your credit card billing information
- enter your credit card number and card verification information
- review
- select process
IMPORTANT NOTICE: Customers facing shutoff should contact City of Auburn Utility Billing directly instead of paying online to ensure your payment is received in time to avoid being shut off and incurring additional charges.
