Warrants

If you have an outstanding warrant for your arrest issued by City of Auburn Municipal Court, you may turn yourself in to the Auburn Police Department or go to the Auburn Municipal Court between the hours of 8 a.m. and 8:25 a.m., Monday through Friday.

  • If you turn yourself in to the Auburn Municipal Court (report to the clerks at the front counter so your record can be pulled and put on the calendar) between the hours of 8:00 a. m. and 8:25 a.m., you may see the judge that day. This is called "walk-in" court. You may come to Court (court clerks at the front counter) and post bail any weekday between the hours of 8:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.

  • If you wish to turn yourself in at any other time, you may go directly to the Auburn Police Department. You will be taken into custody and transported to the City of Auburn Jail. You will be held in jail until you appear before the judge or you may post bail and be released, depending on the bail instructions on your warrant.

  • You will also be assessed a $100 warrant fee.
