Auburn Alert is designed to notify you in cases of city-wide emergency. If you are trying to report an emergency, you should always call 911.

To ensure that Auburn Alert has the most accurate database possible, all city residents and businesses are encouraged to visit the links below and register their phone numbers. While the system does have a very large database, your individual registration ensures that you receive calls at the phone numbers you choose, in the format you require.

Residents can register by filling out the online form (Offsite).

Businesses can register by visiting the same link and using the "Click to Switch to Business Data" button.
