Public Defender Appointment  You have the right to a court-appointed attorney if you are indigent and cannot afford to hire an attorney without substantial hardship to you or your family.

Arraignments, Pretrial Conferences & Jury Trials  

Warrants  If you have an outstanding warrant for your arrest issued by City of Auburn Municipal Court, you may turn yourself in to the Auburn Police Department or go to the Auburn Municipal Court between the hours of 8 a.m. and 8:25 a.m., Monday through Friday.
