All fines, fees, and assessments are due and owing the day they are imposed. If you pay in person, exact change is required.

If you wish to pay your fine without a hearing for infractions, you may come into the court within 15 days of issue date and sign a payment agreement for the balance.

  • Debit card with a Visa or MasterCard symbol
  • Sign an installment payment plan: You may sign an installment payment plan at the clerk's window. Contact collection clerk for additional information at 253-876-1995. The option of community service is available.

Collections

If your account was forwarded to collections, you may contact Allianceone Credit at 1-800-456-8838. If you have a suspended license due to unpaid tickets, you may be eligible for a re-licensing program. Contact Allianceone for more information.

You will not be sent a bill or a statement. You will be sent a delinquency notice. It is your responsibility to submit payment to the Court on time. Failure to pay a traffic citation may result in the suspension of your driving privileges. Failure to pay on a criminal case may result in a warrant for your arrest.
