City Clerk

The City Clerk’s Office is a division of the City’s Legal Department. The City Clerk’s Office maintains a complete and accurate record of Council proceedings, preserves City records, processes requests for information and claims, prepares City Council agendas and minutes, issues pet licenses, and serves as a passport acceptance facility.
