Claims for Damages

Claim for Damages forms must be filed with the City Clerk’s office at Auburn City Hall, 25 West Main Street. The Clerk’s office forwards the claims to the City’s insurance provider and the City’s Risk Manager, who will be the contact person for your claim. The City’s Risk Manager can be contacted through the City’s Human Resources/Risk Management Department at 253-931-3040.
