City Council MeetingsNOTE: For meetings before April 15th, 2011, visit the archive.
- The Agenda includes the various topics to be discussed at the Council meeting. The Agenda Packet contains the Staff Reports for each agenda item, providing in-depth background material.
- The Minutes of City Council meetings are generally presented to the Council for approval at the following meeting. Once approved by the Council, they're available for distribution here on our Website or through the office of the City Clerk (a minimal copy charge may apply).
- The Council meetings are shown on TV21 (Comcast Channel 21 in Auburn) the day after the meeting and are repeated at various times throughout the week. After the minutes have been published, the video is available as a link on the Minutes tab. Linked text accompanying the video will take you directly to the designated section of the video telecast.
