AUBURN, Wash. - March 22, 2010 - Registration for Auburn's Community Yard Sale will begin April 5. Register for the Yard Sale April 5 -30 online at www.auburnwa.gov/solidwaste or pick up a registration form at the City Hall Utility Counter located at 1 Main St., the Parks & Recreation Building at 910 Ninth St. SE or the Senior Activity Center at 808 Ninth St. SE. Yard Sale weekend will be June 4-6.
Participants who register by April 30 will have their address listed in two newspaper advertisments and on the City website. If you miss the registration period, you can still pick up a FREE Yard Sale Kit or download materials from the City's website. Yard Sale Kits will be available for download after April 5.
Turn your unwanted household goods into cash and provide someone else with a new treasure! Your participation is not only good for the economy, but puts your household items into circulation rather than sitting around your house or garage collecting dust or becoming trash.
