Notice of Application: Administrative Use Permit Iglesia de Dios Pentecostal ChurchAUBURN, Wash. - November 29, 2010 - ADM10-Project Permit Applications were filed with the City of Auburn Planning and Development Department on July 7, 2010. The application for an Administrative Use Permit was determined complete on November 9, 2010. Following is a description of the application and the process for review. The permit application may be reviewed at the offices of the Auburn Planning and Development Department at One East Main Street, Auburn WA 98001. Description of Proposal: The applicant is requesting an Administrative Use Permit to allow a church (place of worship) to locate within an existing warehouse building in the M-1, Light ndustrial Zoning District. The church intends to have three services per week, one Sunday service from 10am to 1pm, and two weekday services (Tuesday and Friday) from 7:30pm to 9:30pm. In addition to holding church services, supporting office uses will take place in the building. Project Proponent: Iglesia De Dios Pentecostal Church, c/o Rev. German Camacho Project Location: 1520 Pike Street NW. The site is within the Northwest Section 11, Township 21, Range 04 (NW 11-21-04) in Auburn, King County, Washington. Parcel Number 0303510090 Studies/Plans Submitted with Application: None, other than a site plan and floor plan Other Permits, Plans, and Approvals which may be required: Subsequent development will be required to obtain all necessary permits or approvals that may include: Building Permits (Change of Use and Tenant Improvements) and Utility Permits Statement of Consistency and List of Applicable Development Regulations: This proposal is subject to and shall be consistent with the Auburn City Code, Auburn Comprehensive Plan, Design and Construction Standards, Building Code and Fire Code. Public Comment Period: A public comment period is required associated with the Administrative Use Permit. You are invited to comment, request a copy of the decision, when available, and be made aware of any appeal rights. Comments must be received in writing by the Auburn Department of Planning and Development at 25 West Main, Auburn, WA 98001-4998 before 5:00 p.m. on December 14, 2010. Public Hearings: A public hearing is not required for the project. However, per ACC 18.64.020 the Planning Director may elect to require a public hearing to be held. Proposed Mitigation Measures: Conditions or mitigation measures may be required as part of the subsequent decisions. A copy of the decisions when available can be requested.
