Auburn to Open Cold Weather Shelter Throughout Current Cold Weather ConditionsAUBURN, Wash. - December 6, 2011 - The Auburn Food Bank, in conjunction with the City of Auburn, will open an Emergency Cold Weather Shelter until further notice. Shelter will either be at Veterans Memorial Building in Veterans Memorial Park located at 411 E St. NE or at the Les Gove Multipurpose Building located at 1020 Deals Way (between the Auburn Library and Senior Activity Center). Shelter will be open and staffed from 9 p.m. - 8 a.m. each night. Please call to see which shelter(s) will be open each night.
