New Golf Course Clubhouse Under ConstructionThe new clubhouse will feature a 110-seat restaurant and lounge with a large outdoor patio, 150-seat banquet facility, proshop and lobby. Storage for up to 70 golf carts will be in the basement. Other improvements will include a 12 stall driving range as well as parking expansion to 194 stalls. The project will be completed in late summer 2007.
New facility to be completed at Veterans Memorial ParkA new 1,928 sq. foot building will have the capacity for 85 people and includes a galley area with a sink, headquarters for the American Legion Auburn Post #78, and a satellite office for the King County Department of Veterans Affairs. The building will also be available for rentals.
Pre-sales underway for niches at Mountain View CemeteryConstruction of a new 682 square-foot columbarium will add even more choices for families choosing a final resting place for their loved one or individuals making pre-arrangements for their own cemetery needs. The building is scheduled to be complete in late spring of 2007. |
