At the top of each matrix is a policy statement. Below the policy statement are five sections. The TPCE number is acoding system used to sort and organize the list. The "Strategy" section reiterates the proposed strategy to implement the policy. The "Priority" section represents the importance of the strategy as determined through the planning process. The "Implementor" sectionindicates the agency or City department responsible for implementing the strategy. The "City Response" section is a statement from an appropriate city official regarding the feasibility, estimated cost, timeliness or the progress toward implementing the proposed policy or strategy.
