Rental Housing Business License: 1 – 4 units: $51.50

Rental Housing Business License: 5 – 24 units: $102.50

Rental Housing Business License: 25 or more units: $205.00

The business license year is July 1st of one year through June 30th of the following year. Renewal notices will be mailed approximately 30 days prior to expiration. Failure to renew a business license by June 30th will result in expiration of the license and the ability to conduct business within the city.
