DUI Victim Impact Panel

The DUI Victim Impact Panel is held at the Auburn Justice Center, 340 E. Main St., Auburn. There is a $35 cash or money order only fee (no checks or credit cards) to be paid when you sign in. Bring photo identification. You will need to know which Court sent you and your citation or case number.

Pre-registration is required for this class. To register in advance, call the Probation Department at 253-288-7405 and payment is required the day of class.

The 2008 DUI Victim Panel Schedule is:

• February 2, 2008
• April 5, 2008
• June 7, 2008
• August 2, 2008
• October 4, 2008
• December 6, 2008

Doors open by 5:30 p.m. for sign in and the panel will begin promptly at 6 p.m. No one will be admitted after 6 p.m. nor permitted to come and go once the class has started. The class will be completed by 8 p.m.

NO ONE UNDER THE INFLUENCE OF ALCOHOL AND/OR OTHER DRUGS WILL BE ALLOWED TO ATTEND. NO WEAPONS WILL BE PERMITTED.

To receive credit for this class you must:

1. Arrive on time for the class.
2. Provide photo ID.
3. Pay the class fee. (Cash or money order only, no checks or credit cards)
4. Fill out the required paperwork, including feedback form.
5. Attend and satisfactorily complete the class.
6. Conduct yourself in an appropriate manner.

From North - Take I-5 South; merge onto I-405 North via Exit 154A. Merge onto Highway 167 via Exit 2 towards Kent/Auburn. Merge onto Highway 18 East toward Auburn. Take the Auburn Way/WA-164 Exit toward Enumclaw. Take the ramp toward Auburn and turn right at the stop light onto Auburn Way South. Turn right onto Main St. The Auburn Justice Center will on the right on the next block.

From South - Take I-5 North to Exit 142A toward Auburn/North Bend onto Highway 18 East. Take the Auburn Way/WA-164 Exit toward Enumclaw. Take the ramp toward Auburn and turn right at the stop light onto Auburn Way South. Turn right onto Main St. The Auburn Justice Center will on the right on the next block.
