The Department has five areas of responsibility which include the Water Utility Program, Sanitary Sewer Utility Program, Storm Drainage Utility Program, Transportation Program, and Equipment Rental Program. Within each of these programs, the department is responsible for long term planning, budget management, interaction and regulation of development, management of capital improvements, and maintenance and operations of these City facilities.
