The online citizen report service is provided by the City of Auburn for your convenience and as part of the City’s goal to serve you better.

However, using the online citizen report service does not guarantee an immediate response. If you have an emergency or request needing immediate attention, DO NOT use this service; call 9-1-1.

THE FOLLOWING ITEMS DO REQUIRE IMMEDIATE ASSISTANCE
PLEASE CALL 9-1-1:


Sewer/Storm
Catch basin cover is damaged or missing
Manhole cover is damaged or missing
Sewage backup
Sewage being dumped illegally

Traffic
Stop or Yield sign is damaged or missing
Traffic signal is malfunctioning

Water
Out of water
Water leak in street, home or other
Need water service shut off

Requests received online will be treated in the same manner as other requests and will be prioritized in the order of immediacy.

The City's goal is to better serve you. If your concern hasn't been resolved within a few days, please email the City at citizenreport@auburnwa.gov or call us at 253-931-3048. Regular work hours are Monday through Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., excluding recognized City holidays.
