Engineering ServicesThe Engineering Services Division of the Public Works Department is responsible for management of the design and construction of the departments capital improvement program, regulation and processing of developer permit applications, review and approval of the design of developer improvements to City facilities and management of their construction, survey services, and management of engineering record drawings.
