Enhance Wellness

Joann Kackmeister,& Enhance Wellness RN will be on site Thursdays to help individuals develop plans to work toward their own health and wellness goals. Joann has a strong diabetes background so all of you with diabetes should schedule an initial visit. Make an appointment or try a "drop-by" to meet Joann and to see if Enhance Wellness is for you.

Social Worker will be starting in February. Call the senior center for more information.

Foot Care

  • Provided by: Visiting Nurse Services
  • Screening and re-screening time options:  Regular clients (not diabetic nor on prescription blood thinners) must schedule an appointment with the RN at the first Thursday RN Time Clinic.
  • Making appointments:  We are now booking foot care appointments for four months at a time, the current month and the following three months.  You may call the Center to book or book with the foot care nurse or clinician at time of service.
  • Fee: Partial support is provided by the United Way. Regular client fee: $25 – Sliding fee available from the nurse by request.

Auburn Respite Care Program

This is adult day care, serving clients from 10:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m. on Fridays at the Senior Activity Center.  The Respite Program enables caregivers to enjoy a worry-free “day off” while the participant enjoys socialization, companionship, and lunch.
