The City of Auburn offers a variety of cultural arts programming for performing arts, visual arts, public artspecial events and more!


IN THE SPOTLIGHT:
BRAVO 2014-2015 Performing Art Season

The City of Auburn Parks, Arts & Recreation department offers a wide range of performing art programs.The BRAVO 2014-2015 Performing Art Season includes an incredible line-up of music, comedy, theater and kids’ programming. New this season, ticketholders can enjoy a 10% dining discount on the day of the performance only at several downtown Auburn restaurants.

Hell’s Belles, an all female AC/DC Tribute band will perform on September 19, 7:30 PM at Auburn Ave Theater.

The funny Paul Morrissey, who recently debuted on the "The Late Show with David Letterman," will headline the September Comedy at the Ave on September 20 at 7:30 PM at the Auburn Avenue Theater.

The kindie-rock star Justin Roberts and the Not Ready for Naptime Players will kick-off the AveKids series on Saturday, September 27 at 2:00 PM at Auburn Riverside High School Theater.

And the fall production from the Auburn Community Players will be The Sound of Music with a three week run on October 3, 4, 10, 11, 17 & 18 at 7:30 PM, October 5, 12 & 19 at 2:00 PM at the Auburn Avenue Theater.
