Pysanky - Ukrainian Easter Eggs NEW!

PysankyCheck out this brand-new unique class! Pysanky are intricate colorful designs created on the egg shell through the layering of beeswax and dyes. Participants in this workshop will be introduced to the rich traditions and history of the art of Pysanky. Using the fascinating canvas of the egg shell (chicken, pre-blown and prepared), students will complete a simple star-burst design, with the traditional batik method using kistka, bees wax, dyes, and candle. No experience required and all materials will be provided.
