Santa Parade and Tree Lighting

A festive and fun children's parade, which is followed by community caroling and the lighting of the City Hall Christmas Tree. Parade line-up begins at 4:00 PM on E Street NE. Pre-parade entertainment from 4:00-4:30 PM in front of City Hall.

Other holiday activities include:

Auburn Optimist Club's Santa House will be held at the B Street Plaza, starting Saturday, December 7 at 12:00 PM - close. The Santa House will be open 12:00 PM - 6:00 PM on Saturdays and Sundays through December 23. The Santa House will also be open on Wednesday, December 12, from 3:00 PM - 6:00 PM and Wednesday, December 19, from 3:00 PM - 7:00 PM. Please call the Auburn Optimist Club for additional information at 253-315-3025.

Snack and Craft at Washington Elementary, 20 E Street NE. Event will be held on Saturday, December 7, from 2:00-4:00 PM. This is a great opportunity for families to create fun holiday gingerbread houses and ornaments, a warm way to ring in the holidays and a yummy activity prior to the parade.
Pre-registration is $3-$4 or $5 at the door.

Movie at the Ave, also held on Saturday, December 7, National Lampoon's Christmas Vacation kicks off at 6:00 PM at the Auburn Ave Theater, 10 Auburn Avenue. The movie is offered for $3/person. Theater Box Office opens at 5:00 PM. Add this to your list of holiday traditions!
