Lea Hill

Lea Hill Park, located on the hill above the Green River Valley, is at the corner of 124th and 316th Street SE. This 7-acre parcel was acquired as part of a land exchange with Green River Community College. The existing park located on the SE 320th, directly to the South, will become the new Trades Center Building site. This new park will feature a skate spot, wooden picnic shelter structure reminiscent of a barn, amphitheater, basketball court and small-scale soccer and multipurpose field.
