Classes and Programs

Parents Night Out (Ages 5-11) - Drop your kids off at the Les Gove Gym for an evening of games, arts & crafts, inflatable toys and sports while you enjoy a parents night out!  All activities will be facilitated and supervised by trained staff who have undergone a National Background Check.  Kids in the Parents' Night Out program will have exclusive use of the gym.  Dinner and snacks are provided.  If you are registering online and wish to register a second sibling at the reduced rate, please call
Saturdays, 5:00 PM - 10:00 PM.  Ages 5 -11.  $16/$20.  Additional Siblings: $10/$12. 
Season's Package available.

Birthday Party Packages - The Parks, Arts & Recreation Division offers fantastic Birthday Party Packages using the Les Gove Park Gymnasium as an activity center complete with a party host, pizza or a birthday cake, and treat bags for birthday party guests. Cooking_MattersCooking Matters for Kids - Young chefs join together to wash, chop, mix and cook their way to healthy and delicious meals!  Kids will learn all the necessary skills to make nutritious food choices and most importantly, that healthy food tastes good!  Get ready to take your taste buds on a whole new adventure!  Dinner will be provided!  Wednesdays, 5:00-7:00 PM.  Ages 8-12.  $36/$48.

Alice_JrDisney Alice in Wonderland (Through the Rabbit Hole) Beginning Acting - Using the Disney Alice In Wonderland Junior text as inspiration, young performing artists will explore techniques and gain experiences helping them better understand how to animate a story through live performance! Students will learn valuable skills that will enhance their vocal strength, physical awareness, team work, focus, imagination and stage etiquette. On the final day of class, a performance for friends and family will take place.  Tuesdays, February 7-March 15, 5:00 PM-6:30 PM.  Ages 6-10.  $100/$125.




STEAM Tweens!
STEAM stands for Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts & Math - and we've got it all!  Gear up this fall for the most exciting after-school classes around!  Is your kid a maker? A Tinkerer? An Artist? An aspiring inventor or engineer?  Join us at the Auburn MakerSpace!  Ages 8-12 | $40/$50

  • Art Camp - Make your own masterpiece! Each day brings a new project for you to Explore your creative side with paints, clay, and more! Here is where your imagination will soar! After STEAM means Science, Technology, Engineering, ARTS!  Monday, January 29-February 19 , 5:00-7:00 PM.  
  • YouTube Stars! - Learn to make your own videos, just like your favorite YouTubers! We'll show you how to film and edit your videos, add effects, and post them to our private channel to share with your family and friends! Plus, you'll have a class full of collaborators to help choreograph that epic scene you've been planning!  Thursdays, February 1-22, 5:00 PM-7:00 PM. 
  • Forensics Camp - Can you solve a mystery? Each week you will be given different clues and evidence to discover who committed the crime! Who knows, it could even be you!   After all STEAM means SCIENCE, Technology, Engineering, Arts & Mathematics.  Mondays, February 26-March 19, 5:00PM-7:00PM.
  • Fashion of the Future - Do you want to make your own jewelry? 3D print it! What about a hat that lights up, or a geometric art pin cut from wood with laser precision? We can make it! Join us to be a part of the next wave of fashion design and explore the fascinating world of e-textiles - make clothes and accessories that are sewable, washable, wearable, completely awesome!  Thursdays, March 1-22, 5:00 PM-7:00 PM. 
  • Steam GroupFuture Builders - Future Builders! Sign up for this hands on class and learn the ins and outs of architecture, engineering, and more! Design your own buildings, model them, and tear them down!  Mondays, March 26-April 16, 5:00 PM-7:00 PM.
  • LEGO Wizardry! - Have you mastered basic LEGO sets, and are ready to take things to the next level? We'll explore LEGO Architecture kits, LEGO robotics, and even LEGO drones in this workshop series, perfect for the kid who loves to build, engineer, break apart, and rebuild! Thursdays, March 29-April 19, 5:00 PM-7:00 PM.
