The City of Auburn is issuing a Notice of Application (NOA) for the following described project. 

Proposal: Type II Temporary Use Permit for the staging (storage) of construction materials and equipment for construction of the Divine Court (former Heritage Building) project. The Temporary Use will take up 12 of the existing City-owned parking stalls located north of Safeway and will last until March 10, 2023. Customer parking for the local businesses will continue to be available on street and in the City parking lot. During construction deliveries to the site the drive aisle between the two staging areas will be temporarily blocked off with flaggers providing guidance for turn-arounds and circulation. 

Location: The site is located between ‘A’ St. SE and Auburn Way S, south of E. Main St. The 12 parking stalls to be used are located south of King County Assessor Parcel No. 733140-0055 on a City-owned parcel (733140-0135). See site plan below for reference.

Any person wishing to become a party of record, shall include in their comments that they wish to receive notice of and participate in any hearings, if relevant, request a copy of decisions once made, and be made aware of appeal rights.
