Notice is hereby given that the Auburn City Council will conduct a special meeting on Monday, June 24, 2019 at 4:30 p.m. for the purpose holding a public hearing in consideration of authorizing the amended and restated Development Agreement with Capital Acquisitions, LLC related to the Auburn Gateway Project and Resolution No. 5442 relating to authorizing the amended and restated Development Agreement with Capital Acquisitions, LLC related to the Auburn Gateway Project.
The meeting will be held in the Council Chambers located on the first floor of Auburn City Hall, 25 West Main Street, Auburn, WA, 98001.

A public hearing will be held before the City Council of the City of Auburn at 4:30 PM Monday, June 24, 2019, in the City of Auburn City Hall Council Chambers located at 25 West Main Street, Auburn, WA on the following:
Resolution No. 5411
Public Hearing for Resolution No. 5411 authorizing the amended and restated Development Agreement with Capital Acquisitions, LLC related to the Auburn Gateway Project.
Any interested person is invited to appear and voice approval or disapproval of the Resolution. Non-English speaking residents wishing to review documents related to the Resolution No. 5411 should contact the City of Auburn Community Development Department. Citizens with speech, sight or hearing disabilities wishing to review documents should contact the City of Auburn within 10 calendar days prior to the Council meeting, as to the type of service or equipment needed. Each request will be considered individually according to the type of request, the availability of resources and the financial ability of the City to provide the requested services or equipment.
