FREE - This fun event celebrates the holidays and brings the community together to see what Auburn can build! 15 Gingerbread structures will be on display at the Auburn Community & Events Center!
Voting will be open December 1 - 17, 2022 during normal business hours at the Auburn Community & Events Center.
Open Monday - Friday, 7 AM - 7 PM & Saturdays, 8 AM - 4 PM.
There are three categories to vote in, youth, adult, and Battle of the Badges! The winner in each category will be selected by votes from the public.
Contest rules & requirements:
- All entries must have a base no larger than 2'x2'
- Entry must be appropriate for audiences of all ages.
- Entry must be original and built in 2022.
- Entry must be 90% edible on the exterior.
- Any structure - real or imaginary is eligible for entry i.e. house, train, igloo, spaceship, etc.
- The City of Auburn reserves the right to remove any entry from display at any time, for any reason, and at its sole discretion.
- Displays must be dropped off at the Community & Events Center on Monday, November 28 or Tuesday, November 29 by 7:00 PM.
A winner will be announced on Monday, December 19, 2022.
