Prestige Motorgroup Temporary Vehicle Sales Lot

The City of Auburn is issuing a Notice of Application (NOA)  for the following described project. The temporary use permit application and associated materials may be obtained on the City’s Public Notice webpage at, by contacting the Staff contact listed below, or at the City of Auburn Customer Service Center, 1 E Main St., 2nd Floor, Auburn, WA 98001.

Proposal: Type II Temporary Use Permit for a temporary vehicle sales lot on a portion of an existing parking lot associated with a commercial use at 1825 Howard Rd SE.  The proposal includes a 10 foot by 30 foot temporary sales trailer and a portable toilet.  Hours of operation are Monday through Friday, 11 AM to 5 PM and Saturday, 11 Am to 5 PM. Sundays will be by appointment only. The site is located in the C-1 Light Commercial Zone. 

Location: The project site is located within the parking lot at 1825 Howard Rd SE, King County parcel number 1921059306.

Statement of Consistency and List of Applicable Development Regulations:  This proposal is subject to and shall be consistent with the Auburn City Code, Comprehensive Plan, and the City of Auburn Engineering Design Standards.

Public Comment Period: All persons may comment on this application. Comments must be in writing and received by the end of the 15-day comment period at 5:00 PM on March 27, 2021 to the mailing address of 25 W Main St., Auburn, WA, 98001-4998 or to the email address below. Any person wishing to become a party of record, shall include in their comments that they wish to receive notice of and participate in any hearings, if relevant, request a copy of decisions once made, and be made aware of appeal rights.
