Pilates Foundations- 6 Weeks to a Brand New Body! -This course will introduce you to all the wonderful benefits of Pilates.  Gain a stronger core and toned body, decrease back pain, and experience better balance and flexibility.  You will learn from a certified Pilates teacher the authentic method of Pilates and experience the amazing changes in your body that are possible with Pilates.  Mondays, 5:45-6:45 PM.  Ages 14 and up. $62/$78.

  • Upper Back- By lifting the chest and opening through the shoulders you can begin to reverse the pull of gravity on our spine.  Releasing the upper back allows the body to feel a sense of floating upward rather than being pulled down, connecting our entire spine with a new spaciousness and ease of movement.  Tuesday, October 9, 6:00-7:30 PM.

  • Save your Hips- Do you experience hip pain?  Do you sit for long periods in your day?  Do you have restricted movement in your hips?  This class will focus on the hip joint and how to unwind the tension that creates pain.  The exercises taught will give you the ability to keep your hip joints fully functioning regardless of your age, activity level or lifestyle.  Tuesday, October 16, 6:00-7:30 PM.
  • Save your Knees & Ankles- Do you have knee pain?  Have you sustained a knee or ankle injury?  Learn routines that focus on creating proper alignment of knees and ankles in relation to the pelvis.  This release will promote ease in movement, reduce pain and create a solid base of support for your entire body.  Tuesday, October 23, 6:00-7:30 PM.
  • Save Your Shoulders- Do you suffer from a shoulder injury or tight and restricted shoulders?  This series of routines will help you to open the chest, lift the ribs and open the shoulders.  This all-important work allows us to finally sit and stand up straight, without tension.  Tuesday, October 30, 6:00-7:30 PM.

Pilates NewYoga for Weight Loss- Lose weight with a regular yoga practice focused on toning muscles, strengthening the core, and improving flexibility.  Mondays, October 1-November 5, 7:00-8:00 PM.  Ages 16 and up.  $62/$78.
