Many of the performances sell out, we recommend pre-purchasing your tickets to a performance. Seating at the Auburn Avenue Theater is on a first come, first served basis. The Theater is open one hour prior to the start of a show for box office ticket sales and 30 minutes prior to the start of a show for seating. Ticketholders can enjoy a 10% dining discount on the day of the performance only at several downtown Auburn restaurants

Considered one of the best vocalists of all time, Karen Carpenter captured the attention of a generation with her unabashedly catchy pop music. Singer and playwright Lisa Rock has compiled a moving tribute to the music and life of Carpenter, and brings it to the stage with her 6-piece backing band and performs some of her most memorable songs including "We've Only Just Begun", 'Rainy Days and Mondays", and of course "Close to You".

In a faraway kingdom, the green ogre Shrek finds his swamp invaded by banished fairytale misfits, runaways who've been cast off by Lord Farquaad, a tiny terror with big ambitions. When Shrek sets off with a wise-cracking donkey to confront Farquaad, he's handed a task - if he rescues feisty Princess Fiona from the Dragon-guarded tower, his swamp will be returned to him. But, a fairy tale wouldn't be complete without unexpected twists and turns along the way.
