The City of Auburn is planning a small-scale pet vendor event. While this is not to be confused with the grandiose Petpalooza festival, Happy Paws will give you an opportunity to visit some vendors and stock up on some of your favorite items in a safe, outdoor environment. 

The event site will be completely fenced, so the number of attendees can be monitored in accordance with state guidelines. To follow social distancing guidelines, we would have one entrance and one exit. Each vendor booth with have social distancing indicators. Vendor booths will be 6-8' apart with approximately 45 vendors. Customers are not allowed 'inside' a booth. At this time, there will be no entertainment or other attractions. Of course, leashed, licensed and well-behaved pets are welcome.

Another piece of paws-itive news: we are currently accepting registrations for the Dog Trot 3K/5K Fun Run. It is currently being planned as a virtual event. If restrictions are lifted and we are able to safely host the Dog Trot in-person, we will do our best to switch to an in-person model. If you'd like to remain virtual, we can accommodate that too! Registrations accepted through April 22 for Auburn's Dog Trot.

Since 2008, Auburn’s Petpalooza has been a bright spot for thousands of animal lovers and their furry companions. Although we cannot celebrate with our traditional Petpalooza festival in 2021, please know that we’re committed to future festivals and look forward to Auburn’s Petpalooza 2022.
