James Jeyaraj
James JeyarajJames Jeyaraj was born in Singapore where he attended high school and served in the Singapore Armed Forces. James moved to Spokane, Washington in 1985 to continue his education and was naturalized as a U.S. citizen in 1993. James began his career in Spokane at Honeywell and was later recruited by Seattle-based aerospace company, Korry Electronics, as a production planner. He continued his work in the aerospace industry at The Lighthouse for the Blind, where he works currently.

James has been active in the Auburn community as a member of the City of Auburn Parks and Recreation Board, as a volunteer at various community events and as a political activist. He holds an AAS Degree in Computer Network Technology from Renton Technical College and a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Organizational Management from Whitworth University.

James and his wife, Deborah, chose to live in Auburn after moving from Spokane because they believe it is an amazing city with a ton of potential for economic opportunity for our residents and business. James enjoys spending time with friends and traveling, when time permits.
