BY DIRECTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF AUBURN, WASHINGTON, NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a public hearing will be held in person and virtually before the Auburn City Council at 7:00 PM, Monday, August 19, 2024, in City Hall Council Chambers, located at 25 West Main Street, Auburn, Washington, on the following:
Franchise Agreement No. FRN24-0002 for New Cingular Wireless PCS, LLC for a Small Wireless Facilities Telecommunication Franchise
New Cingular Wireless PCS, LLC has applied for a new franchise agreement to continue to operate their existing small wireless telecommunications facilities in the public ways within the city limits as their current Franchise Agreement will expire in the near future. New Cingular provides telecommunications services that includes but is not limited to personal wireless and data communications services. The proposed agreement is consistent with the City’s standard franchise agreement language.
Any interested person is invited to appear in-person and express comments or opinions on the proposed Franchise Agreement. Written comments and/or opinions may be submitted to the City of Auburn at [email protected] or mailed to the City of Auburn, 25 West Main Street, Auburn, WA 98001-4988.
