Yoga for Weight Loss - Lose weight with a regular yoga practice focused on toning muscles, strengthening the core, and Ages 16 and up.  $62/$78.

Yoga Nidra- Nidra, meaning sleep, is a deep relaxation form of yoga, and a technique to awaken the connection between body, mind, and soul... This ancient practice is becoming more popular as a form of meditation and mind-body therapy, and has multiple physical benefits including rest, relaxation physical benefits including rest, relaxation and stress relief.  It is an easy practice that is guided by an instructor.  Ages 16 & up.  7:00 PM-8:00 PM.  $9/$12.


  • Supper with Science - Food science is happening in our food all the time from sensory science, cooking chemistry and all the way to food safety.  Each week enjoy a delicious and nourishing supper (made by our cooking instructor!) as we learn about all of the food science principles that make our supper taste, feel, look, sound and smell the way it does.  As we learn about how all  5 senses contribute to our food experience we can begin to be more literate on our own taste preferences and make healthy food complement what we like!

  • Aging with Grace - Keys to Living Happily Ever After - learn to slow the aging process and even reversing in some cases.  Learn what will quickly age the body- and what it needs to keep a sharp mind, strong heart, and powerful immune system.  Tuesday, June 25, 6:30-7:30 PM.  $12/$15.
  • Inflammation: Evading the Silent Killer - We don't always feel inflammation - that is why it's known as the "silent killer". Join us to learn about six causes of inflammation and what inflammatory markers look like. Learn how specific lab work can provide you with the tools you need to be proactive against it.  Tuesday, July 9, 6:30-7:30 PM.  $12/$15.
  • Smooth Move Digestion - At least 70% of our immune system is located in our gut. This workshop will help you identify food and lifestyle habits that reduce the effectiveness of our digestion. You will learn important steps for building better belly health and repairing the gut lining. Doctors say that health begins in the gut! Tuesday, August 13, 6:30-7:30 PM.  $12/$15.
