Couch to 5k Training Programcouch to 5k

Saturdays, September 13-November 1
8:30-9:30 AM
Ages 10 & up

Kick start your running journey with our 8 week Couch to 5k program- no experience necessary! If you can comfortably walk 3 miles, you're ready to take the next step. This program uses a gradual mix of walking and running to build endurance and confidence at a manageable pace. We'll meet Saturday mornings for a fun and supportive group training session, and you'll complete two additional runs on your own each week. After 8 weeks of training, we will cross the finish line together at the Glow Run- your first 5k and a celebration of all your hard work and progress! This class is not included in the Fitness Membership.
