Please review our party cancellation policy below:

•  30 Days or More Before the Scheduled Date:
  • You are eligible for a full refund minus a $10 administrative fee.
• Between 8 and 29 Days Before the Scheduled Date:
  •  You are eligible for a 50% refund of the total amount paid.
• Less Than 7 Days Before the Scheduled Date:
  •  No refunds will be issued.

Youth Birthday Party Packages

Time is precious and who wants a mess? Let us help you have a low-stress birthday party for your child. Birthday Party Packages are available during select times on Saturdays or Sundays from September to June and hosted in the Les Gove Gymnasium. Our party crew will facilitate a two-hour, action-packed party for your child and we will do all the work and cleanup. All you have to do is bring your family and friends! Show up and party and all the clean-up is taken care of. 

Step 1: Choose your theme

Step 2: Choose your package! (Package prices include up to 15 kids unless otherwise stated.)

• Great Fun | $265 | Includes balloons, plates, napkins, tablecloth, goody bags, cupcakes and juice. We set-up and clean up! Up to 5 additional kids $8 each
• Unforgettable | $315 | Great Fun package plus: Castle bounce house. Up to 5 additional kids $8 each 

Step 3: Pick a day, select a two-hour timeslot

• Saturday or Sunday | 10:30 AM - 12:30 PM or 1:30 - 3:30 PM.

NEW! Teen & Tween Parties @ the REC

This party package is designed for tweens and teens ages 10 & up! This program will be customized to meet your groups' needs with add-ons including the gym & Virtual Reality (VR). This is perfect for teens and tweens wanting to host a video game party and/or looking to be active in an open gym session. Our party crew will facilitate your party. The party will be customized at time of registration. Please call for available dates and times.

Fees:
$125 - Up to 15 guests
$150 - 16-29 guests
$175 - 30-50 guests

This program can be customized to meet your groups’ or families’ individual needs. Perfect for teams, clubs, workplace training, youth groups, and especially families.
