Gearing up for Summer Fun!

Looking for camps? You'll find options for elementary age through the teen years in various topics and settings. Week-long day camp options are offered for elementary school age, middle school and teens with weekly themes and adventures. For full details, check out the 2020 Summer Camp Guide (PDF).

Weekly Day Camps-
July 6-August 28 (weekly)

Campers should bring daily a sack lunch, snacks, sunscreen, swimsuit, towel and water bottle. Main camp activities run 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM. Extended care available from 8-9:00 AM and 4-5:00 PM. Fee includes extended care.

Skyhawks Sports Camps

Half-day and full-day options available. For ages 5-12

Please note that 5 year olds are only eligible for 1/2 day camp only

Museum Camps for ages 6-12 

School of Wizardry: July 13-17
Discover the world of magic at the Museum! Science, imagination, and a little history will fuel this week of potion-making, games, magical creatures, illusions, and more! Small snack provided each day.

Museum Detective: July 20-24
Kids will learn a little history and have a lot of fun unlocking local and mythical mysteries! Each day has a new theme and includes activities like detective training, whodunits, scavenger hunts, code breaking, and even a chance to break free from a NEW Museum "escape room"! Small snack provided each day.

Time Traveler: August 3-7
Pack up and head out on the Oregon Trail, decode Viking Runes, and hop to the future from the Museum! We’ll visit some of the world’s coolest people from the past through games, scavenger hunts, and crafts – each day has a new destination!

Craft & Curate: August 10-14
Learn historic skills, trades, and crafts at this Museum camp. Each day we’ll explore crafts and traditional skills like dyeing cloth and making butter, learn how people survived and lived in WA hundreds of years ago, and become Jr. Curators!

Half-Day LEGO Camps

TO REGISTER:

CAMP DEPOSIT & REGISTRATION POLICY:
For the convenience of reserving a spot in a camp, you may make a $50 deposit per full-day camp and a $25 deposit for half-day camp. Deposits are nonrefundable and non-transferable to other camps or classes. All deposits are applied to the total session fee. Full fees are due by end of day Thursday, six business days prior to each session. Balances will automatically be scheduled to be paid by credit/debit card or electronic transfer provided by you at time of registration. If your full payment is not received six days prior to the start of camp, your spot will no longer be reserved and your deposit is forfeited.

Registrations received less than six business days from the start of camp will be assessed an additional $50 for full day camps and $25 for half day camps. Registrations for all camps will end at 12:00 PM on the Friday (or last business day of the week) prior to the camp. Refunds or credits are not issued for days or partial days missed. Please call the Parks, Arts & Recreation Department for full refund policy.
