Eligibility: This is a call to artists residing in the Pacific Northwest (Washington, Oregon and Idaho).
Project Budget: $1,000 stipend for selected artists.

COMMUNITY PARTICIPATION OPPORTUNITY!
ART & POETRY CHAPBOOK
Attention Poets! To celebrate the opening of the Auburn Arts & Culture Center later this year, we want to create a digital chapbook of poems about the local art of Auburn, WA. We ask that you submit no more than two poems, based on the local sculptures throughout our fair city. You can get ideas and find some of the many pieces on the Public Art Programs page and also the Downtown Sculpture Gallery page. City of Auburn Poet Laureate James Rodgers will select the favorite poems and compile them to correspond with the Arts & Culture Center opening. All poems must be your original work. Good luck, and have a great time exploring Auburn!
How to submit your poem: email [email protected] with the poem in the body of the email, and "Auburn Arts Poetry" as the subject line.

Art Galleries - Artists are selected through an annual application process for exhibitions in three city gallery spaces, showcasing diverse artworks by regional artists.
Eligibility: This is a call to artists with no geographical restriction, but all artwork must be dropped off and picked up in person in Auburn, WA on the assigned exhibition dates.

2023 Project Support Grants:
The purpose of the Project Support Grant program is to provide support to arts-related projects and programs within the City of Auburn. A portion of the funding for these grants comes from 4Culture/King County Cultural Authority.
Project Budget: Grants are typically awarded from $500 - $2,000 per project.

Mary Olson Farm Artist in Residence - The Mary Olson Farm Artist in Residence provides the opportunity for an artist to pursue their work in, and to be inspired by, the unique and beautiful setting of the Mary Olson Farm in Auburn, Washington for two months in June and July.
Eligibility: This is a call to artists residing in the Pacific Northwest (Washington, Oregon and Idaho).
Project Budget: $3,500 stipend for the selected artist

Downtown Sculpture Gallery - The Downtown Sculpture Gallery showcases new sculptures annually providing different public artwork for Auburn residents to experience and enjoy. Artwork is on display for one year, September-September. Selected artists receive an $1,000 stipend. |
