Brian Lott

Councilmember Brian LottBrian Lott is a Senior Project Manager with over 20 years of experience delivering complex, high-stakes projects and building high-performing teams. A Washington native, Brian has led national and international initiatives—including work connected to the Olympics and FIFA World Cup—and is recognized for practical leadership, operational excellence, and uniting diverse stakeholders to achieve results.

In 2005, he founded a transportation company that grew to more than 150 employees and operated one of the region’s largest private fleets of alternative-fuel buses. He has since applied that same entrepreneurial drive and focus on efficiency, collaboration, and integrity across multiple industries.

Brian currently serves as Second President of the Auburn Noon Lions Club, where he helps direct local programs that strengthen community connections and improve residents’ lives.

Brian and his wife chose Auburn for its walkable downtown and welcoming community. They enjoy restoring their 1914 historic home, kayaking, sailing, and keeping Brian’s 1995 Range Rover (a 25-year labor of love) running and ready for the next adventure.

As your new Auburn City Councilmember, Brian brings proven problem-solving skills, a commitment to fiscal responsibility, and a collaborative style. He is dedicated to advancing public safety, smart infrastructure, economic vitality, and an excellent quality of life for every Auburn resident.
