Decorate Valentine’s Day-themed cookies with the family or enjoy a date night with your valentine!

Participants learn how to turn a plain sugar cookie into a beautifully decorated treat using icing made from powdered sugar, egg whites (or meringue powder), and water. Unlike buttercream or frosting-and-sprinkles decorating, royal icing dries firm and smooth, allowing for clean lines, layered designs, and details that are actually set in place.

In this class, you’ll learn five essential royal icing techniques, including working with different icing consistencies, outlining, flooding, and adding decorative details. These skills build on each other and give you the foundation to confidently decorate cookies long after the class is over. Each class is beginner-friendly and includes step-by-step instruction, all supplies, cookies to take home, and a chance to win a door prize!
