The Food Trucks are coming! The hard part will be selecting just one item to order. However, we do encourage sharing with others. As you’ll see, there are lots of dietary options too. The websites are linked if you need more information on the items.
If you work outside of these hours, we’ve arranged a “to go” option so just be sure to ask a co-worker to pick it up for you.
There’s a maximum of 100 orders per truck, so don’t delay and miss out on your first choice!
Deadline to order is 1:00 PM on Friday, September 12.

Straight from the Chuck Wagon, we are featuring fried chicken multiple ways, Chicken and Waffles, Fried Chicken Sandwiches and two types of Mac and Cheese because barbecue is not all they do! All sauces and toppings are a mix and match that can be added on the day of the event!
- Chicken and Waffles - Southern Style fluffy waffle with their signature Longhorn fried chicken. Your choice to top it all with Strawberries, Maple Syrup and Whipped Topping.
- Crispy Chicken Sandwich and Fries - Longhorn’s signature fried chicken with Brioche Bun, topped with Ranch Slaw, Sliced Tomato and Pickle. Served with Seasoned Fries and Fry Sauce.
- Mac and Cheese - Choose from the three styles below.

- Just the Cheese please - no protein
- BBQ Chicken Mac and Cheese - Creamy Mac and Cheese topped with Longhorn Fried Chicken and add either your choice of Original Barbecue Sauce or Chipotle Sauce.
- Cockadoodle Noodle - Creamy Mac and Cheese topped with Longhorn Fried Chicken topped with Strawberries, Maple Syrup and Whipped Topping.
Fries & Soda or water included.
- 3 Little Pigs: Beef, American Cheese, Maple Bacon Aioli, Lettuce, Double Bacon
- Beyond Meat Stack: American Cheese, Stacks Sauce, Lettuce, Pickles, Grilled Onions.
