The Parks Department manages over 900 acres of park land including 33 developed parks and 22 linear miles of trails.

Last year, over 13,000 people attended performances at the Auburn Avenue Theater.
Over 1,800 youth and 1,700 adults participated in sports programs through Auburn Parks, Arts & Recreation.

If so, you may be interested in registering your home to be a part of Auburn’s Holiday Lighting Displays. Register your display using our GIS map. The map will then be available for the public to view. A tour of holiday lights throughout the City bringing a little joy this season. We ask that you please commit to turning on your display on Wednesdays and Saturdays in December from 6 - 8 PM. Register your display today When touring the lighting displays please drive safe and follow all rules of the road. We are not able to guarantee that all displays will be on each night.
